Inbox
From Splash Frog Docs
Splash Frog implements an internal messaging system that helps administrators keep in contact with other administrators within a website. It also helps in that messages sent from the system are not only sent to an administrator's email address, but also their internal inbox as well. When you click on the Inbox tab, you will be taken to your main inbox, where all of your messages are listed by the time they were sent on. All of your new messages have a "New" icon next to the message subject. From the menu options, you can read your message, reply to the message, simply mark it as read, or delete the message.
When you go to read the message, you will have the option of making a reply back, deleting the message, or canceling out and returning back to your Inbox. When you reply to a message (or create a new message), you select who you want the message to go to. You can select either a single administrator, or you can select an entire administrative group and have that message be sent to all of the administrators belonging to that group. Then you have your subject line, and then the body of your message. Your message body uses the same WYSIWYG Editor as the File Manager, except it is limited to some of the more basic options. Below the message area you can mark the message with "High Importance", and also mark if you want a copy of the message to be sent to the administrator's email address as well.
Within the Inbox tab you can also view any messages you have sent as well. Within the Sent Messages area you can view that message again, or delete the message.
